Anthony Lee – North East London

Head Anthony Lee.jpeg

Hi, I’m Anthony. After 16 years working in the Middle East and America, I have taken a leap unto a new demographic. Working with people living in care homes is thoroughly fulfilling and I really enjoy it.

Qualifications in Nutrition, Level 3 Personal Trainer, training and experience as a Gym Manager and qualified in chair-based exercise, I am thankful to be given the opportunity to bring a buzz to this arena, adding happiness and joy on this newfound journey.

Andrea Stewart - North East London

Head Andrea Stewart.jpeg

I’m Andrea.  I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for 28 years.  I’ve taught in various disciplines from high impact Jane Fonda style, to the now holistic calm way of life.  My passion throughout has always been special populations with Mature Movers being my favourite.  I love the interaction and response from teaching older adults.  The difference from the start to the end of a class is so rewarding.  Their smiles say it all and every session I get to experience something new. Gfitness have given me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and teaching skills in the environment I love.

Head Georgia Brown.jpeg

Georgia Brown - South London

Georgia graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance where she achieved her Registered Teacher Status and degree in Ballet Education. During her time at university, Georgia was fortunate enough to attend several different teaching placements. One of these involved delivering a chair based, exercise dance class to older adults. Georgia quickly discovered a great passion and interest for working within the community and found a huge sense of fulfilment and joy from delivering

these sessions and teaching older learners. Since then Georgia, alongside teaching ballet and fitness classes, has delivered weekly chair-based exercise sessions around London and is now eager to continue her work within the care and nursing home sector with Gfitness.

Georgia loves working with people and enjoys bringing all aspects of her teaching experiences; including fitness, dance, music and props, into her sessions to create an engaging and exciting environment.

Dawn Taylor - South West London
