Simon Grodentz - Managing Director
Simon established Gfitness back in 2008. He began his professional career in fitness as a Personal Trainer. However after working with vulnerable adults in some lines of his work; he turned his focus towards helping people stay well and happy within the care setting.

Simon is qualified in a wide range of fitness and wellbeing disciplines and runs many training courses for team members and care homes. He is committed to ensuring Gfitness provides the best possible service to as many people as possible. Luke Groves - Business Development
Luke joined Gfitness back in 2016 with the intentions to help grow the business by helping out with recruitment and marketing which would allow Simon to continue running his local classes in Gloucestershire. Since joining Gfitness the company has spread across the south of England and Wales and is continuing to spread north.

Luke comes from a background of consumer facing roles and now loves the fact that he can focus his career on not just a growing business but one that helps other people greatly with their number one priority in life, Health.


Matthew Harris - Business Development
Matthew Joined Simon as the second member of Gfitness back in 2015. Matthew showed that there was a demand for the services that Gfitness provides, not only in Gloucestershire but in other counties too.

Running his own classes for several years Matt is now also helping out with growth across the country and provides support for Gfitness instructors in terms of helping new instructors set up and marketing for the business. Matthew provides many of our falls prevention classes in Gloucestershire.
Emily Harding - Booking Coordinator
Based in Yorkshire, Emily is responsible for organising and scheduling sessions at care homes for our team.

Emily has an education background of health and social studies. She has always had a burning desire for helping others within care and loves the fact she is not only contributing to service users being more active, but also loves that she is encouraging them to engage with others whilst giving their days purpose and routine, all while staying fit and healthy.


Helen Pridmore - Booking Coordinator
As one of our booking coordinators, Helen is responsible for organising and scheduling sessions at care homes for our team.

Carly Atkinson - Nutrition
Carly is an experienced dietitian working in Gloucestershire. She qualified as a registered Dietitian in 2005 and went on to do an MSc in Advanced Dietetic Practice in 2013.
​
Carly specialises in working with clients with learning disabilities and dementia. She is able to provide support with menu planning, staff training, and work with individual clients, providing advice and support to meet the specialised nutritional needs of these population groups and ensure homes are meeting current catering standards in the foods they provide.
