Simon Wooldridge - West Berkshire

Simon has always had a passion for the health and fitness industry. With over 20 years’ experience in dance.

Simon graduated from The University of Winchester with a Sports Science Degree After which he went on to focus on Leisure Management for 9 years, during that period he achieved a Level 3 in Personal Training and GP Referral and Exercise. Simon works with older adults and people with disabilities.

Nicola Porter - East Berkshire/South Buckinghamshire

Nicola believes exercise and physical activity is the most effective way for anyone to feel happy, healthy and positive about themselves and their lives.

As an instructor in recent years she has led a range of indoor and outdoor fitness classes to people of all ages, and is committed to improving well-being of all of her clients.

Before working in the fitness industry, she spent nearly 10 years working at Alzheimer’s Society in policy and campaigns, working on a national level to improve the lives of people affected by dementia.

Nicola is passionate about working with older people through exercise and the benefits and enjoyment this can bring.

Jasmine Smith - Surrey

Jasmine has always had a passion for the fitness industry. She is trained in kickboxing, street/commercial dance and aerobics. She has competed in many competitions within these areas from a young age. One being her entering Ninja warrior on ITV in 2016.


Following this she pursued her exercise to music qualification so she could fulfil her purpose which has always been to support and help people.

She absolutely loves Working with elderly and vulnerable adults, focusing on improving their mobility, strength and emotional state.

Sara Taylor - Surrey

Sara has worked as a personal trainer since 2008. With a qualification in Exercise and Disability she has experience working with people of all abilities and ages.


With a diverse client group, Sara keeps her sessions up to date with the latest chair-based exercises along with using creativity to ensure that her sessions are varied, engaging and fun. Sara can provide exercise for care and nursing homes for people with disabilities and older adults.

Lee Leppington - South East Hampshire

Lee is a qualified Personal Trainer with many years experience in fitness training, he also has a background in Support work for adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and Autism, caring for the elderly, and is a former Royal Marine Commando. Lee works with people of all ages with varying abilities and backgrounds.


"I thoroughly enjoy my work and I will always go the extra mile to ensure that everyone feels included in order to help improve their health, feeling of general wellbeing and to give each individual a sense of purpose and achievement. I feel that exercise should be fun and enjoyable whilst effective and gratifying for both my clients and myself whether in groups or individually".

Lee also provides group or one to one Training Sessions, Chair Based Exercise and other exercise-based activities.

Jordan Tarasenko - North Hampshire

My name is Jordan and I specialise in chair-based exercises in care homes, community centres and 1 to 1’s. I’ve had previous experience working in care homes and love promoting exercise for everyone! I am a qualified fitness instructor and love teaching in groups.

I was born and raised in Australia and moved when I was 17, I’ve travelled to many countries and I am passionate about football!

Antony Passmore - South West Hampshire

Antony has 20 years experience as a secondary school teacher, specialising in Physical Education and has worked with a wide range of age groups and with people with a variety or different disabilities. His more recent work has been in the care sector including domiciliary care, supported living with people with learning disabilities and residential care with people with dementia, as a support worker and activity coordinator.

Antony Is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and has Level 3 GP referral therefore can work with clients with chronic illness. Antony believes being active at some level should be accessible to anyone no matter their Ability and is essential to maintaining a good quality of life both physically and emotionally.

Joseph Ellis - East Sussex

Joe first qualified as a Fitness Instructor in 1994, going on to manage a Health Club in Brighton before opening his own gym. Since then he has gained a teaching diploma from the University of Brighton and spent the last few years working specifically with adults with disabilities and long-term health conditions.

He now divides his time between his two passions, fitness and music, as a Fitness Instructor within the Care sector and a Drum Tutor within Sussex primary schools.

"As the average age of our population rises, and health care for the elderly grows in importance, the more vital our work with older people becomes."

Andrea Barnard - North West Sussex

Andrea qualified as a level 3 personal trainer and Referral Specialist in 2015. Also completing courses working with older adults and dementia patients, Andrea runs chair-based exercise and mobility sessions in care homes. She has a passion for lifelong health and mobility and is motivated by helping others improve their wellbeing. Andrea keeps her classes fun, exciting and accessible to all.

Kim Wheeler - North-West Kent

Kim has over 8 years' experience delivering Pilates and Personal Training to a variety of clients. She has worked in gyms, lead exercise classes and worked with private clients on a 1 to 1 basis.

Kim can provide bespoke exercises appropriate for every individual, combining Pilates, stretches and mobility drills, specialising in rehabilitation, back care, mobility, flexibility and core strength.

Sarah Manton - East Kent

Sarah has worked in the fitness industry since 2007 when she trained to become a gym instructor and began teaching exercise to music classes. She qualified as a PT and GP Referral Instructor in 2012.

Since then Sarah has gained many years experience working with specialist groups, including older adults, physical and learning disabilities and mental health.

Sarah has gained further Level 4 qualifications in Cancer Rehab, Cardiac Rehab and Lower Back Pain and has been helping people to improve their health and fitness through rehabilitation classes and one to one sessions.

“I love to help people who are new to exercise or rehabilitating after injury or illness to feel stronger, healthier and empowered.  Empathy, understanding and a big smile are just as important as fitness knowledge to truly put people at ease and see them reach their full potential“

Nicola Browning - North-East Kent

Nicola has achieved many health and fitness related qualifications, from Health and Fitness Instructor Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Health and Fitness, Diploma in Fitness and Sports Therapy to Exercise for Seniors, GP referral, Exercise to Music, Management of Sports Injuries, Personal Training and massage to name a few.

Nicola has worked in a hospital as a physio assistant where amongst her other duties she helped run rehabilitation classes for injuries and knee replacements, she also helped run exercise classes in the hydrotherapy pool for various conditions and walked and advised patients after knee and hip operations. In her spare time Nicola enjoys yoga.

Mary Allen - North East Kent

Mary is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a career spanning 15 years, specialising in neurological rehabilitation.

Mary started out at Bristol General Hospital working on the Stroke unit and delivering falls prevention and Parkinson's Disease group exercise classes. She has worked in the NHS for a number of years in wheelchair services and intermediate care, most recently leading a team to promote independence and quality of life for people with a wide range of chronic health conditions and those recovering from recent serious illness and hospitalisation.

Mary is a qualified massage therapist. She also runs her own home baking business.

Henry Adekoya - West Kent

Henry is a keen fitness and sports enthusiast and has enjoyed playing Inline Hockey at a national level for team GB. With 25 years in the fitness industry, Henry has a wealth of experience. 


Henry has compiled fun fitness sessions for primary school kids, teenagers and families, competitive sessions for fitness enthusiasts, business men and women, plus restorative training, body conditioning, rehabilitation and maintenance for mature adults. Henry feels that working in care homes will offer a new dimension to his experience and training sessions, sessions that will ultimately help and enhance the well-being of elderly participants in care homes and in doing so be very rewarding to himself.
