Lea Pedro - Herefordshire

Lea has experience in previous roles working with older adults and people with disabilities before joining Gfitness.

Lea works mainly within care and nursing homes for older adults and people with disabilities but is a qualified personal trainer and can provide one to one and group fitness sessions for all abilities.

Megan Lavill - Worcestershire

Megan has a Degree in Sports Management. Whilst studying she found her love for working with older adults and worked on a scheme that focussed on increasing participation in activities of people aged 55 and over. After graduating Megan worked as an activities coordinator in a care home which she loved, as she found great satisfaction in helping residents find enjoyment whilst taking part in activities and feel like they still have purpose. Her attitude, experience and overall love for the elderly really does come across in her sessions.

Meg can provide exercise for older adults in care and nursing homes either as a group or as a 1 to 1 session.

Sonia Mouri - Birmingham

Sonia will be providing Yoga and adapted exercise sessions in and around Birmingham. She is a 200hr Yoga Alliance trained teacher and has trained in yoga for older adults, mum and baby yoga, pre and post-natal yoga and kids yoga in the UK and South East Asia. Sonia is also qualified in reflexology and head massage and will bring touch and massage in to her classes should residents request.


Yoga will provide you with mental clarity, positivity and the ability to keep going and stay positive. Participants will find ways to build strength and find greater flexibility in mind, body and spirit.


Sonia has a positive, down to earth, fun approach which comes across in her classes. We will be breathing and moving to music in my classes. “I love sharing my passion for Yoga and well-being.”

Katie Evans - West Midlands

During Katie’s time at university studying dance she found a passion for wellbeing, taking on a placement with dance and older adults. After leaving university Katie worked as activity co-ordinator before qualifying as an exercise to music instructor. Katie has a ‘move it or lose it’ CPD which specialises in exercise for the over 50’s.  


“I love how exercise benefits not only the physical health of older adults, but also their mental and social health as well. I have a dance background so expect some jazz hands and toe taps during my sessions!”
