I work with clients with many different needs, including weight management, neuromuscular rehabilitation, posture correction, cardio & mobility training, as well as functional strengthening. I enjoy helping clients achieving their goals, and have found their successes most rewarding for me. I believe every one, regardless of their age and abilities, can and should enjoy the physical and psychological benefits from exercise and movements.
I am a qualified Chair-based exercise instructor and nutritionist. I have also provided aqua fitness training in Hong Kong.”

Katie has a ‘move it or lose it’ CPD which specialises in exercise for the over 50’s.
“I love how exercise benefits not only the physical health of older adults, but also their mental and social health as well. I have a dance background so expect some jazz hands and toe taps during my sessions!”
