Lea Pedro - Herefordshire
Lea has experience in previous roles working with older adults and people with disabilities before joining Gfitness.
Lea works mainly within care and nursing homes for older adults and people with disabilities but is a qualified personal trainer and can provide one to one and group fitness sessions for all abilities.
Megan Lavill - Worcestershire
Megan has a Degree in Sports Management. Whilst studying she found her love for working with older adults and worked on a scheme that focussed on increasing participation in activities of people aged 55 and over. After graduating Megan worked as an activities coordinator in a care home which she loved, as she found great satisfaction in helping residents find enjoyment whilst taking part in activities and feel like they still have purpose. Her attitude, experience and overall love for the elderly really does come across in her sessions.
Meg can provide exercise for older adults in care and nursing homes either as a group or as a 1 to 1 session.
Jenny Hyams - Worcestershire
Jenny is an adrenaline junkie and has a love for sky diving, wakeboarding and many other extreme sports. She is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and also qualified for GP exercise referral for people with various medical conditions.
Previously Jenny has taught exercise to children and provides fitness sessions such as Clubbercise and Boxing. She can now provide 1 on 1 and group fitness sessions inside and out of a care setting, and has a passion for helping people maintain their independence through exercise.
Jess Edmonds - West Midlands
Jess works mainly within care and nursing homes for people with disabilities and older adults. She is also a qualified personal trainer and can provide one to one and group classes for all abilities.
Christopher Craddock - West Midlands
Chris has spent time at Nottingham Forest and Port Vale playing football at professional level and swam at county level for Staffordshire, he has a vast sporting background varying from full contact kick boxing, karate, triathlons, water skiing, rock climbing and many more, both competitively and recreationally.
Chris has taught NVQ and VRQ fitness related courses within schools and the local community and has over 20 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer. Chris has helped many clients with the rehabilitation to recover from a variety of injuries and illnesses. He can now offer one to one and class exercise/therapy sessions for the care and nursing sector with Gfitness.
Connor Rendchen - West Midlands
Connor has been a Personal trainer since 2013 and his passion is Bodybuilding. Conor has competed in many competitions achieving the title of Coventry Junior Champion and has qualified for the PCA and the IBFA British Finals finishing second in the PCA Saxon Classic.
Conor has studied working with children with learning disabilities and is now providing exercise for care and nursing homes in the West Midlands area.
