After living abroad for 8 years, I am with new eyes in the place I was born, Liverpool. I have experienced and appreciate the deeply rooted traditions of Balinese yoga and the precision and energetic approach Aussies take to life and fitness. Over the last 15 years, well-being and fitness have been an intrinsic part of my career and lifestyle.

"Hi, I am Briony and I have a degree in sport, exercise and nutritional sciences. Previous to my work with Gfitness, I was a science teacher at an alternative provision. My combined interest of the social care system and sport has been transferred to, leading chair-based exercise with older adults in care settings.
I love leading exercise to music and incorporating my key passion of boxing in my sessions. I am a strong believer in exercise for everyone. Everyone should have the opportunity to feel the benefits of exercise."
